Hotel Castillo Benidorm

Girlie weekend away in sunny Benidorm. This hotel is a wee gem., Absolutely spotless with everything you need. Breakfast is continental and so fresh. We didn't need to lift a finger. Toasted baguette, fresh cheese and meat all served to your table. Fresh fruit also. Fred who looked after us, he was the best with his amazing charm. He will help you with anything you want to know and if there is anything you want to do he will make sure you know the best places to go. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel. It's central for everything, minute's from the beach. It's modern and I don't know what they used to clean the room but it always smelled lovely.

Just back from a week's stay here at this excellent hotel in a great location. Our stay was a reasonable and fair price for the week and the room had fantastic air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a great shower, a fridge, a small safe (enough for your cash, passports, jewellery) and space to hang clothes and dry towels on the small balcony outside. It was also spotlessly clean and maintained really well throughout our stay. The staff were all excellent and Fred deserves special mention, because he was very welcoming and helped us with recommendations to the best place for paella and seafood. Thoroughly helpful and very friendly. The breakfast each day was excellent, with a continental option offered accompanied by amazing, freshly squeezed orange juice. This was a great start to each day and all food was fresh and delicious. Thoroughly recommend here to others and hope it continues to be successful.

Found this hotel last minute and booked it. What a great find, superb location old town close to tapas ally. The room was immaculately clean,comfy bed and with a superb breakfast. The staff are outstanding, from meeting Fred on check in so helpful and a great character, the staff in th reasturrant just couldn't do enough for you..... If you're looking for a place to stay in the old town book it it's amazing!!!

Great hotel. We have just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Small, very clean, close to everything Fred was so nice and Karim, really friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is just what you need. Will definitely be back.

We only stayed one night but it was really enjoyable. Really clean, modern and in a great location. We were allowed to park right outside the hotel which was really convenient. Everything was then in easy walking distance. We were met by the manager Emilio who was really helpful and explained everything. He couldn't have been a better host. The room was really modern and pleasant with a fridge, an ensuite shower room and a small balcony. The breakfast was included and was really enjoyable, served by Emilio and his wife. Plenty of freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee with tostada and croissant. Thank you for a great stay.

We received a warm & personal welcome from Emilio. We were shown to our room which was lovely, clean & with a fresh aroma. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Everything you need is in the room & if not on request it will be. Continental breakfast is served to you by very attentive waiting staff. Karim is such a nice man with a friendly smile. There are hot drinks to be enjoyed all day along with a muffin 😋. The management and staff cannot do enough for you, extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Frederick is another member of the reception staff who is so friendly & helpful. Hotel Castillo is a hidden gem so close to the old town and beach with no noise. It is hidden away up a quiet street & less than a five minute walk to the beach and old town. We highly recommend this hotel. We hope to be back one day, thank-you.

Second time to this lovely hotel. Fred is brilliant on reception, he goes above and beyond for everyone. Continental breakfast is delicious and the waiting staff were hard working and friendly. Rooms cleaned every day and always smell fresh. Close to the beach and the bars of old Benidorm. A pleasant walk into the new town but away from the madness! I would defo recommend Hotel Castillo.

One not to miss, a hidden gem so close to the old town and beach but without the noise and disturbance. Hidden away up a quiet street but less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and old town. Hotel Castillo carries the personal touch throughout from the moment you are welcomed on arrival right through to checking out. The management and staff cannot do enough for you, extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. A delicious continental breakfast awaits each morning and plenty of good quality food with freshly squeezed orange juice. Complimentary Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is available at any time day or night. The rooms are a good size, modern, extremely clean and very well maintained. The beds are so comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows. Air conditioning and a fan in the room to suit everyone. Don’t expect all inclusive or swimming pool but the beach is amazing and food is in abundance with choices galore in the town. We will most certainly return. 10/10 - highly recommended.
