The apartments are very good, regular cleaning.
Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea.
You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation.
If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good.
The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

Good sized apartment, the hill didn’t bother me but the lack of cleanliness did! I had to clean the drawers in the wardrobe to use them, there were long dark hairs in various places, dust in corners, bathroom and kitchen were grubby, as they’d not been cleaned properly and the sofa bed bedding looked dirty

Came here for a short break with my husband, rooms were amazing, not much cooking utensils eg microwave bowls , cooker trays , but we managed just for snacks pizza ext , been back 3 days and no deposit back yet , they we’re digging across from our apartment started at 8 ish but was fine , absolutely loved our short break and will be back

Basic cheap up hill And it could do with a tlc Only pay deposit with cash Rooms ok Lifts are ok Small pool area Sister hotel is better and it's where you cheek in Benidorm is now cheaper then UK by a mile But some of the restaurants have gone down hill

The apartments hot water boiler had a faulty thermostat and although we called every day they made a temporary fix and every time we had a shower it was cold. The receptionist would not accept our complaint so hence I’m putting it here. Our group had two electricians so we knew the issue was a faulty appliance yet the hotel tried to say we ran the hot water to empty…. Very poor customer service…… Sorry but We won’t be back…

Having read other reviews about these apartments we were quite apprehensive about our stay there. However we need not have worried as they were great, the staff were friendly and helpful and the views were excellent. We paid our deposit on a credit card and have received confirmation that this is being reimbursed and that’s only 2 days after checking out! Would definitely stay there again.

booked with Jet2 package holiday, was on an early flight 6.20am with 2 children, arrived at reception for check-in 1.30pm only to be told by rude staff that there was €200 deposit, which I knew about but then they said also a €30 early check-in fee as check-in was 5pm children was excusted so had to pay, kept my recipe contacted Jet2 who were unaware of an early check-in fee which they refunded it to me, from the indoor market you have to go up 3 very steep hills to get to the apartments if your not good at walking please avoid, rooms had everything you need an was very clean we were on 25th floor an the views was amazing, didn't use the pool as we went in March wouldn't like to be there in high season as apartment an hotel share the very small pool
