Booked this Apartment for two weeks over Christmas and New Year. We arrived in alicante airport early hours so just by chance we cantacted the host to see if we could check in early and he very kindly let us check in early and a big thank you for that. The Host was nothing but pleasant and courteous, On arrival the apartment was fresh and clean good size and all the kitchen equipment you need in a holiday let plus a washing mashine the kitchen was a good size a was the lounge dining area with plenty of electric sockets The bedroom was a good size with a good size comfortable bed and plenty of storage for clothes and cases can go under the bed out of the way. The Bathroom was a good size with a lovely double shower and plenty of hot water on tap. youre provided with two lots of towels and linen. No noise at all only from people passing and it didn't bother us. We had a fantastic time and would recomend.

Lovely clean apartments . Nice quiet location but right in the middle of Old Town . Pepe met us well before check in time and allowed us to get into the apartments early . Lovely shower and everything we needed . We can’t wait to come back again very soon

The apartment itself was in good order, however the owner had an unbelievable air of self importance. He was extremely rude upon meeting us and that didn’t change throughout the week. We had no hot water the first day and had to contact him to put it on. We had no bedding and when we asked we’re told he would supply sheets only. He asked us not to use the sofa bed despite it being advertised with a sofa bed. Every morning at 8am building works stared, the noise was unbearable. When leaving the apartment he made us remove the garbage and instructed us to fly tip it in the local street bins. We will not be staying here again
