Magnificent hotel! A Zen atmosphere and several incredible pools, some reserved for adults, are perfect for a peaceful getaway. The gardens with their fish ponds and waterfalls are so exotic, you'd think you were in Bali! The staff is friendly and cheerful. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. The gym has quality equipment but is a bit small. Cons: the prohibitive prices. €13.60 for a smoothie, and the two-seater benches around the pools cost €200 for the day! I've stayed in hotels where it was free. €135 for a massage at the spa. €35 for a plate of maki. €30 for an additional hour if you want a late checkout. The atmosphere is certainly Asian, but not the prices! I'll happily come back!

The environment is very good, the swimming pool water is very clear, the service attitude is also very good, but the food is very average. It is suitable for leisure and vacation.

Absolutely beautiful setting… and the only reason I’ve given four stars! Very expensive, which is understandable for the upkeep of the gardens in the surroundings. The treatments were amazing but should be as they are also expensive but not surprisingly. Felt a bit rushed off the tables but it was busy so… It’s my second visit this time I’m here with my daughter We had a nice meal last night not amazing but we enjoyed it in the Ko Samui restaurant. Decided to give it another try. But tonight, we’re very disappointed in the quality of the food and couldn’t even eat it! Meat was awful and the two dishes mushy and tasteless We were not charged, so fair enough (would rather have paid and enjoyed) but even the pudding that we were charged for wasn’t really the best! The wine was nice and staff freindly luckily and always try and look for the positives We’ve had a lovely time despite that because you always make the best of things. We had a very nice meditation class. Breakfast was lovely! I really don’t mind paying a lot of money for something if it is the best and coupled with the attention that we’ve had there has been a bit of a mix. We had a paella in the restaurant by the big pool. Today It was very bland which is a shame because yesterday we both chose a fish dish and both were lovely! We live in Spain and it’s not difficult to make a nice paella! So that was a bit disappointing! The salad was nice!

We went to this hotel for 2 nights, it is not cheap we knew we would be eating in the hotel's restaurants as no where else nearby, we expected it to be expensive but was looking forward to top notch food! This sadly wasn't the case ate in Koh Samui on the 1st night which was poor we go to Thailand a lot! We went to the Italian the 2nd night again we expected a lot better the veggie pasta consisted of just 4 pasta shells over 20 euros! The steak was tiny served with just a few fries over 30 euros! The other thing that we didn't expect in such a high end hotel is that there are no facilities to shower and change on late check out! But the hotel room and grounds were fantastic as were all the staff.

The most beautiful hotel set in gorgeous grounds! The staff really make this hotel all the more outstanding! They’re all so attentive and helpful couldn’t have asked for better! Will most definitely be returning for a weekend for relaxation and reset! There’s so many pools to choose from and for the more active a paddle court! Went on a mother-daughter trip to this beautiful hotel. We were nervous because of previous reviews. DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU OFF. The hotel is fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is spectacular. The gym is well-equipped. We had a massage which was fabulous - we were taken care of beautifully from start to finish - it was very special. We went half board and the food was of an excellent standard. Everywhere we went was spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a lovely view over the gardens. And talking of the gardens, they are simply stunning. So well cared for and beautifully laid out. The pools are all stunning too and everything is designed so that you feel you are in a real hide-away despite the fact you’re basically in Benidorm! The surroundings were lovely and quiet. We attended a meditation class together and I also did a chi kung class, which ended up being a 1-2-1 class. The therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. All in all a wonderful holiday. We’ll be back.

We stayed here 10 years ago and we were slightly nervous returning as there were some recent bad reviews on this site. Having just returned from 5 wonderful days at the resort, I think the people who wrote the bad reviews must have posted against the wrong hotel! The suite we had was lovely and clean, service and quality of food at all of the restaurants we ate at was excellent. All areas of the hotel very clean and well maintained and the gardens are just beautiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel- we wont be leaving it another 10 years to visit again!

We stayed at Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa as a family and enjoyed the spacious setting and relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings felt well organized and calm, making it easy to spend quality time together without feeling rushed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment suited both adults and children. A pleasant option for families looking for a peaceful stay in a well-kept resort setting.

Measured against the hotel’s supposed standard, the service is poor to non-existent — at times barely better than in a 1-star hotel in Mallorca. One bar is permanently closed, two restaurants are constantly fully booked. The one bar that is open is barely staffed — just 1 or 2 employees for 100 guests. The buffet restaurant feels like a canteen. The doorman is aggressively unfriendly. This hotel is certainly not worth the money it charges. Stay away.

The gardens surrounding the hotel are outstanding - I don’t think you would find better anywhere in the world. The atmosphere around most of the pools is also very tranquil and calm - a real retreat. I would give it an exceptional score except for 2 things. The Thai Spa has been themed badly - the interior corridors and massage rooms barely score 1/10. In comparison to eg a Banyan Tree Spa. And no Thai people anywhere in sight - not in the spa. Not in the restaurants. A little bit more trying could make it a much more authentic experience. The hotel boasts many restaurants, but not all are open every night. The reason for this became apparent. The same restaurant venue is used eg one night for Thai cuisine and is called Koh Samui, the next night a different theme. Some of the food is excellent - so long as they stick to Spanish cuisine. The Italian offering at Lombocci is terrible - probably the worst saltimbocca I’ve ever had. Maybe they’re trying to do too much? If someone tells you that you must wear long pants for an exclusive Italian experience you expect something special… And why no steak house experience … Conclusion - a great place to retreat offseason for a couple of days. And try stick to the Spanish experience - outside of that it has little sparkle

The staff has been very polite and helpful however the food quality and price at the restaurant is shocking. Very high prices and low quality ingredients. The soft drinks and coffee are €6 per drink. We paid £2 per piece of bread and butter each at the restaurant and the same at the bar. I was hungry so had to order some croquettes at the bar and they tasted awful, probably frozen and this was €18.50. This is a 5 Star hotel and the food is not to that level, and has I can see other guests felt the same. The buffet was nice €60 per person and they had a good variety of food however, was only open from Thursday to Saturday. The bedrooms are standard and nothing special, the Tv is very old, early 2000 and only a few channels and I cannot cast anything from my phone. The gym is old and tired with only a few machines. The positive are the architecture, the gardens and the Koi ponds and the swimming pools that give a nice atmosphere. If you are staying here you might consider taking a taxi to the near shopping centre, they have a big variety of restaurants.

What a beautiful place, the gardens, the pools, the rooms, the food, the staff. Everything about our 3 day stay was amazing Hotel grounds: these are huge and very well maintained, the ponds have a large selection of different fish and some really giant ones in there as well Room: these are rooms are of a good size offering seating area as well as large bed, bathrooms have everything you can possibly need/forgotten. The room service is always on hand if want more Nespresso capsules or milk/water etc. there is also an interactive map on the tv. There is a reasonable priced mini bar and snacks in the room. Pools: we went in February so it’s colder than summer but there is 2 heated pools outside, the kids pool and adults only. These was a toasty 30c and very tranquil and tropical setting, when you get out the pool you also have over head heaters above your sun lounger to help you dry off. The only the thing I found round the some of the pools is the constant ping pong music, which sets the theme of tranquil & peace but can be abit repetitive. Food: The food was surprising, we did expect portions to be small but we were wrong. We ate at the Koh Samui and Lombocci restaurants. It is recommended to book this when you arrive to make sure you get a seat as they can get busy. The portion sizes are big and the combination of flavours are a delight, Breakfast: from omelettes & fried eggs to wedges they have everything you need for breakfast, including a well stocked detox/juice bar along with different yogurts and fresh fruit. Service: nothing was too much trouble, anything you need or want they would do for you. Turn down service on a night was a nice touch. Would we return: Yes we would, be nice to return in the summer to use all the pools and to try the restaurants which wasn’t open during our stay. Thank you Asia gardens for memorable weekend!

Very nice hotel with exceptional service. Very spacious hotel with loads of things to explore. Beautiful grounds with a variety of gardens and vegetation which gives a unique feel to the hotel. Restaurants are good with plenty variety for different palates

Where to start…housekeeping had been in stole 4 of my hrt pills out of my days of week case? Absolutely no clue why someone would want to take them? Had also rooted through my clothes. The worst of the situation is the way it was dealt with by management(or not) absolutely raging that I was then Made out to be a liar/lost them myself get the impression they didn’t care for the English? Certainly not a 5* hotel In my opinion, some staff friendly but not all, service around the pool poor, Rooms not cleaned all that well. Shame as the grounds of hotel are beautiful. No shops nearby, taxi pricey to old town Benidorm. Stayed in much nicer places. Management need to manage and not hide behind reception.

Absolutely raging to come back to my room after housekeepers had been in, to find they had taken 5 of my hrt pills? I can only assume they thought it funny? I on the other did not. Management got onto a doctor to bring me some pills which were not the right ones, and then thought I’d like to pay the £150 for the dr call-out😂 management hid behind his receptionists no apologies or follow up! They did pay for evening meal, but was accused of losing them myself or lying… the fact the thief had opened all the days of the week on pill case and left me 1? Can’t fault the hotel as in its beautiful grounds, but the staff are not the friendliest and would not say it was 5* service. Breakfast a bit repetitive every morning. Overall it’s a shame as lovely hotel, but the management need to know how to manage. God help you if you had a real issue. No shops nearby so stuck at hotel as taxi 30 euro into old town Benidorm, which I’d liken to Blackpool😳
