Mercure Benidorm

The hotel is excellent, with a superb location just 5 minutes from the beach. Everything is beautifully designed, and the rooms are decorated in a Mediterranean style. The breakfasts were great, but it would be nice if tea/coffee were available during dinner. Downsides: There aren't enough sun loungers by the pool, and the staff can be rude when there are no seats left, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Also, at breakfast and dinner, I occasionally encountered poorly washed plates with an odor and food residue.

The hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch. The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere. Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.

Close to the beach and the town center. Nice pool. Good service.

Wonderful hotel, caring staff

Everything was great. Spacious rooms, very clean. Generous and high-quality breakfasts. Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
