Great location and lovely staff! Thank you Cristina for the great service, bring your own amenities but otherwise a fantastic stay.

We had a great little stay in November. Positive points: Great size room, plenty of space, clean and comfortable, kitchenette and large fridge were a great addition. Staff really friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and we paid £30 to keep the room on until an hour before our taxi picked us up which was a bonus. Supermarket 2 doors down, sold everything which was great. Couple of watch outs: The hotel is situated up a hill bit of killer on your legs if you have mobility issues. Its located in the old town which is about 10min walk but a bit of a way a way from the new town but if you like a walk the beach front is gorgeous and has lots of shops bars and restaurants. Also I was aware of the 200 euro deposit you pay on arrival you do get a receipt just be mindful of that. Great stay would definitely return.

Having stayed here before we were expecting a nice stay, sadly this time we were very disappointed. Upon arrival we were allocated appartment 1A, ( this should be avoided) I had previously emailed the Michel Angelo many months prior to our stay requesting a mid to upper floor appartment I knew it was only a request but having done this before  previously i felt sure they would try to oblige as they had done before, therfore i immediately had a feeling it wouldn't be a good view, so when we entered the appartment, worst fears were confirmed,  our view consisted of the trees and corrugated roof of the carpark, now for some think oh its only a room, but for us having a balcony with a nice view really adds to the holiday,  so immediately went down to reception and  I was told sorry we're full up, ( looking back i wish I'd said well were not moving from this desk untill you re-allocate anothet appartment), now other people checked in after us, so that  was not true,  they were not full, I asked again the next day to be moved and was told sorry they've no one to clean our appartment if they move us, i feel we could have been moved but it just seemed excuse after excuses,  sadly this really mared what should have been a really nice experience staying at Michel Angelo Appartments as previously it had been lovely, so we looked online to see if anywhere nearby had vacancies but sadly no, otherwise we'd have left there and then, If I could get my money back I would, would we go back, probably not.

I tried to book 4 rooms for 13 of us aged 45-72, and disabilities among...family and friends from across the UK to meet up. The system let me book them, and then I was told to cancel them as they don't take groups.... why did the system allow me to select 4 rooms then !! We are hardly teenagers who will wreck the rooms we are grown adults. The system then had these as 6 nights minimum stay over the dates we cancelled, which they obviously changed as we booked less nights... Many of us have been to Benidorm many times and never had one issue at all. Thankfully, we have managed to book with a very helpful set of apartments.

Cannot fault this place spent 3 weeks here it was perfect the 2 staff on reception could not help enough with any problems the cleaning staff were spot on mercadonna supermarkets next door I will definitely book again next year thank-you too all at the apartment 😀

The apartment was spacious and clean with good cooking facilities. Whilst I didn’t use it there is a small pool that looks rather nice. The main issue was that there is not very good soundproofing and so you can hear other people fairly clearly when trying to sleep. Another thing to note was that there was no hand soap and only one toilet roll so will need to bring your own.
