Visited gold arcos today to look at hotel for next visit . Received a warm welcome and a guided tour of hotel by a lovely girl Minerva . Showed us round the hotel including roof top pool/ sky bay and beautiful room . Very welcoming and polite . Finished walk round and within 30 mins of leaving we had booked for July . Thank you Minerva looking forward to our visit

Gorgeous Hotel, with First class bar service. Diego is the best bartender and his cocktails especially his Strawberry daiquiri and Pina Colada are very enjoyable

Great experience from start to finish. Fantastic hotel with everything in the room you could need including comfy bed. Used roof top beds without any problems , lovely heated pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful friendly staff. Can only comment on breakfast and that was perfect with Lovely omelettes made to order . Perfect location with the beach 5 minute walk away and a stones throw away from the strip. Will definitely stay here again !

Went with a group of friends, one of whom was celebrating a significant birthday. We are regular annual visitors to Benidorm and know it well. The Arcos is without a doubt one of the best placed and best set up hotels that we have visited…..a unanimous view from our group. Large, modern and well equipped rooms. Excellent bathroom and shower facilities. Room service was ace. Reception staff profe, friendly and efficient. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, excellent facilities that we used several times. The Arches Lounge is v nice, but a bit under utilised. Had a couple of expertly prepared Negroni and Old Fashioned drinks here. The locals a big plus, 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade. 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and a hop and skip into the heart of the strip. All in all definitely a 5 star stay for us. Excellent hotel.

Wonderful hotel. We have been many times and are never disappointed. The most modern and best facilities in benidorm. Brilliant staff - particularly Diego who couldn't do enough for us.

Benidorms BEST Only our first day and this place blows the socks off any hotel in Benidorm fabulous rooftop bar and pool warm friendly staff and benidorms best barman DIEGO as Tina Turner said SIMPLY THE BEST what a really nice man big shout out for PAULA kept us entertained and sang anything we requested thank you we will never stop anywhere else in benidorm

Went visited as a group of three for my friends big birthday. The hotel was fantastic and staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left were 100% attentive to us and our requests. The rooms are big and the beds are amazingly comfortable. We booked half board and were very satisfied with the selection of foods offered to us and felt quite at home at breakfast with some very special little touches. We used the rooftop bar and Mido was a lovely chap and very attentive and served us fab drinks and made us pizza and made a mean mojito. The hotel is situated in a very good place only steps away from the nightlife, even though its in a busy part noise was not an issue. I personally can not wait to return. Thank you for looking after us and for the complimentary bottle you left for us to start our celebrations..

Mido was amazing on the bar in reception he us me make our own cocktail and amazing service and amazing hotel will definitely be coming back.

I had a brilliant stay here. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the platinum room turn‑down service was a lovely touch that made the experience feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout my stay, and a special shout‑out goes to Diego at the Archers Bar – he’s absolutely lovely and makes exceptional drinks. The Sky Bar offers incredible views, perfect for relaxing in the evening, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better for getting around. Overall, a wonderful stay from start to finish. I’d definitely return.

Amazing hotel will be coming again, All staff very friendly and happy especially Diego in the lounge bar. They have an amazing singer Kenda. Lovely food, great location central to everything,

Went as a group of 5 girls. Hotel was beautiful, rooms big, bed was really comfortable. Diego in the bar is such a lovely guy and served us fab drinks including the shots. Hotel breakfast is just ok, but avoid lunch and dinner, this is the only thing that lets this hotel down. One of our party had their birthday whilst staying at the hotel and hotel put a bottle of prosecco in the room which was a lovely touch. Location of hotel is fab for the nightlife.

Great hotel, ideal location. Higher room this time and rooftop pool heating was on. Also found the jacuzzi. Breakfast set us up for the day. Great stay. Thanks

First time here and didn't disappoint. Great location. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms and facilities. Nice touches, like slippers and dressing gown. If you book directly with the horel you get a free cocktail voucher. Breakfast is out of the world. Everything you can think of. Free prosecco also available. Was given a bottle for my husband's birthday, too. The hairdryer didn't work. Reported it and sorted straight away. The roof top terrace with bar, jacuzzi and heated infinity pool has great views and provides towels. Diago made a lovely Pina Colada in the classy lounge, which also provides entertainment. Then there's the sports bar with entertainment below. You can't hear it from your room. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now.
