Spark by Hilton Bensalem Philadelphia

Clean and comfortable hotel. Near to Parx ****** and Sesame Place, just to name a few attractions. Great restaurants within short driving distance. Has a nice indoor pool & hot tub, friendly staff and a lovely continental breakfast. Also pet friendly.

Experience was not the best, walk in to check in, staffs were outside smoking, had to wait…. First room I was in was not the room I reserved, had to go back downstairs to check my reservation. I was placed in a second room without working toilet, room wasn’t properly cleaned, key card didn’t work when we try to enter our room, had to go downstairs again, other customers propped back door of hotel open for homeless/druggies, etc…..This hotel need safety, cleanliness reassurance ….

The rooms are a nice size and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff was so nice who checked us in and out.

The service before check in was great! Staff were friendly from the moment I booked until check out . They prepare both rooms next to eachother as requested since we were a big family with kids, the pool could be better supervised, no life guard , parents leave their kids alone at the pool , kids running around and slipping , lots of splashing from unsupervised kids, and the hot tubs was flooded with kids and no adults could get in the pool itself was great I love the it had a toddler section / shallow space . Parking was easy and included!! Breakfast was limited but greatly appreciated

Amazingly clean! Loved the location and how it smelled....its like fresh fresh linen....such a lovely environment. Free Breakfast was a plus, and a pool and gym! AMAZING!

Most importantly the room were exceptionally clean, front staff was polite and quickly checked us in. Breakfast selection was fresh and delicious. Parking was easy and felt safe. Definitely will stay again.

The breakfast menu was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was great. The room was clean. The hot tub was relaxing. They were the great things, the things that were not so good for us. We heard several groups talking loudly in the hallway after we had gone to bed and we would have like some more health options at the breakfast. Thanks for having us.

Too expensive for an outdated property. AC noisy, overall look of the facility could use a lot of TLC.
