Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia/Bensalem

Stayed here numerous times..... evening staff member is absolutely wonderful. Facility is clean and comfortable.

I would give this place 5 stars as soon as renovations are done (elevator shaft makes a pretty scary sound and the ends of the halls are in reno) because the staff, room and food were terrific! Plus, parking was easy peasy.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. The free breakfast had lots of options.

Everything was perfect. Every time we stay in the Philadelphia area this hotel is our number one choice. Very centrally located right off the highway. Wawas next door. Food options right in the same *****. Hotel is clean and staff are super friendly.

Facilities were fine for overnight stay. Staff was great and friendly. Room was clean; a little outdated. It was nice to have tea and coffee available 24 hours. Breakfast was ok; biscuits were cold and hard. Close proximity to restaurants and take out including a Golden Corral.

Upon our arrival, the front desk clerk (Tammy?) was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Our hotel room was clean and well appointed with a well-functioning AC. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - the only thing that would have made it better was if the breakfast had bacon.

Room was clean and stuff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was included. There was a clicking sound in our bathroom vent that sounded like something was dripping. I called downstairs and they said the solution was to turn the fan on. it worked, but whi wants to sleep with the fan sound on all night and if this wasn’t an issue, why didn’t they just fix it??

Charming, clean, warm, very comfortable, and safe. I loved and would stay here again anytime.
