Benson is a lovely little town. We wanted to see the XMAS lights outside of town, unfortunately it was pouring rain all day, so that was cancelled.
The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, the room was fine.

Amazing stay here. The entire experience was fantastic. My children were both given gifts along with my pet. The only thing I wish was better was the carpet in our room. It definitely needed to be cleaned as our feet would be black from walking on it especially with an infant who was crawling. Otherwise overall cleanliness was great.

I did not like the showers in the rooms. i have MS and my husband just had a knee replacement. The tubs are VERY slippery. Almost fell twice. i know you can not use a shower or stick on decals but maybe a painted on sand paint, something with texture.
Otherwise w loved your location. my Nephew also stayed there

All staff was very courteous and respectful. I would send a message through the Hilton Honors app and it would be answered almost immediately and the responses would be helpful. They had a small food station across from the service desk that had fresh apples and oranges then they would have a hot pot of some type of food. When I used it they had barbecued little smokies. First time I ever saw a Hotel do that. Very satisfied with our two night stay.

Extremely well kept facility with great Staff and services. Close to freeway but noise wasn’t a problem. Will stay there again!
