Terrible place to stay. People coming and going loudly until 5 am when we’d had enough and left. Someone broke into our room in the middle of the night fortunately we had the door latch in place. How they could get into our room without our key card we aren’t sure. The place is supposed to be a non smoking place but our non smoking room wreaked of smoke

The property is really old and needs updating. There were holes in the wall and mold in the bathroom.

Overall, the property was very dirty. There is trash laying everywhere outside and the sidewalks were black with grime. Our unit had very dirty floors and I had to ask front desk to send someone to mop the floors, replace the smoke alarm battery (pinging) help with shower (water would not turn on) replace phone cord which was broken). Staff were amenable to helping promptly but all these were unexpected things upon checkin.

The property was very dirty, room was in bed poor condition, literally floor was sticky. Smelled really bad. Also noticed *********ing going couple doors down. Immediately went back to the front office to let them know I was checking out, I rather sleep in my car, just hope they give me my money back. Stay away from that place. Seriously the entire place needs to be leveled down to a vacant lot. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!

I guess you get what you pay for. Toilet leaked all night (super slow to fill), room lights were out, bathroom and floors were either dirty or so old that they can't be made to look clean again. Beds were clean and checked for bed bugs- none found.

When to check in everything was fine. When we went to the the room it was being remodeled. It was a lot of weird people hanging outside their doors when we checked in.

The room and property were dilapidated. Paint was chipped and there were stains in several areas. There was bad odor in most areas, but especially in the room. There were several guests that live there or stay long term. It felt unsafe as there were some unsavory characters on the property.

It was okay for the money. The people in rooms next to us were permanent residents.
Sheets were clean and AC worked nice.
