第一次給差評，體驗感很不好。服務真的一言難盡。更奇葩的是，第一天定的大床房。來前台辦理了入住就上去了。前台一句話沒説，第二天去續房。前台直接説網上大床房沒有了。喊我續房要定價格高的那種主題房。真的就挺接受不了的。態度挺不好。還找些藉口説每天價格不一樣。那我第一天定的大床房。第二天大床房顯示沒有了，價格跟我第一天定的一樣，第二天就直接喊我定另外一種價高的主題房了，錢不多。做法很難讓人接受

第一次給差評，實在是有不好的入住體驗，第一房間窄小，估計玻璃有幾年都沒擦過啦，電視看不了就是一擺設。第二退房時説缺了一個毛巾，毛巾我們用都不會用，難道還會拿走嗎？僅憑保潔阿姨説她放啦，沒有第三者證明，入住時也沒有讓我們點清，現在缺一條就要我們承擔？這明顯就是酒店管理有問題。
