The service was very thoughtful. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, the front desk upgraded our room and gave us a welcome gift. They offered warm water upon arrival, and when we left, they even asked if we wanted to take two bottles of water with us. Snacks were provided in the room, and I heard they also offer foot soaking and late-night snack services—this is truly worth praising! The only minor area for improvement is that the air conditioning took a bit long to cool the room. As for the location, it's diagonally opposite the train station, which is very close. However, dragging our heavy luggage through the pedestrian underpass with stairs was a bit inconvenient.

Great facilities, very clean, and excellent service. They offer complimentary snacks. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. There's also free parking available. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making travel easy.

This hotel was a great choice for our trip, and we had an excellent experience. It's super close to the high-speed train station, so we got there quickly after getting off, which was a huge plus when traveling with elderly family and kids. The surrounding area is an older part of town, so food delivery was convenient, and many popular eateries were within walking distance. The front desk and staff were all warm and friendly, patiently answering any questions we had and resolving issues promptly. Our room was quiet and spotless. Staying here made our sightseeing trip stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel's location is excellent, and having its own parking lot makes getting around very convenient. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality are all top-notch, especially the beef noodles – highly recommended!

There haven't been many new hotels in Benxi these past few years, so I always stay at this one. It's right across from the train station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is handy for meals.

It felt like coming home. They gave us two bottles of warm water when we checked in, and two more when we checked out. Such thoughtful service! Big kudos to the front desk staff.

Location is in the Center of the city. It is very convenience to go to anywhere. The room is decorated beautifully and service staffs are very kinds. The room is clean and new. The restaurant in it serves good food. However, there is no enough cabinet space for hanging clothes and store clothes for people who live longer the 2 days. We had to put our clothes within our luggages. No air conditioner to provide cold air in the early May. The room temperature is more than 25 degrees. If open air conditioner, the roof temperature reached 28 degree. It is too hot for us.

I brought my child to Benxi for a trip. The room cost 511 yuan. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was great value for money. The service was good, the front desk staff were polite and attentive to guests. I booked it because of its high ratings; I work in the hotel industry myself, so I know how difficult it is to maintain good reviews. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and the safety instructions were detailed. There were complimentary welcome snacks and drinks, and the front desk could deliver instant noodles and milk in the evening. Fire safety equipment and emergency flashlights were provided and were under warranty. The location is convenient, with parking available, and it's close to the train station and Wanda Plaza, making travel easy. It's a hotel you can stay at with peace of mind.
