Staffs: very friendly and helpful, from different countries, English available. Room: super big with sea view, clean, great great great Location: YOUME shopping mall and and a department store next to the hotel, 5 mins walk to Beppu Station, bus stop to the main hot springs opposite to the hotel, great great great. Onsen: around 43 degrees, loveable Breakfast: didn’t eat , 1800yen per set, seems good.

Great location, super convinient. It has only one lift serving entire building. Water tap is kind of old fashion, manual turning hot and cold. Room is spacial though. A little dissapointed with the Female onsen pool which is very small, also only one person at a time can use hairdryer and amenities at the changing area. Male onsen pool larger and more amenities provided.

Hotel is great. Clean and breakfast is nice. Will come again.

I booked a single room, but the clerk said it was full that day so I upgraded it to a double room for free. The room was a bit old, but spacious and clean without any odor. The only drawback was that the check-in time was too late (15:00~), and even if you check in a little earlier, you still need to pay extra.

It was conveniently located and close to a famous hot spring, so I experienced a sand bath for the first time. The hotel also has a hot spring, and you can enjoy an open-air bath. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and although most of the staff were from overseas, they were all smiling and left a very good impression. I would definitely like to use it again.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus station, JR station and several large shopping malls. The hotel hot spring is also good, but the outdoor hot spring is not satisfactory and the facilities are very simple. The room is big enough. The only regret is the breakfast. The American set meal and a hamburger are enough to fill you up, but it doesn't feel like Japan. It's okay to eat it once in a while, but I feel a little uncomfortable after eating it for two consecutive days. By the way, the hotel staff is very good and polite, and they didn't say that you must wait until 3 o'clock to check in. In short, except for breakfast, the price-performance ratio is still good in Beppu.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but clean and tidy. The location is also very good, convenient for travel, shopping and dining. It is right by the sea, and it is great to see the sea on a sunny day. There are hot springs on the 10th and 11th floors, which are very comfortable. The continental breakfast is especially good!

Exit the hotel from Central Station and walk straight to the end of the public footbath. The orange exterior wall is opposite the traffic light. The hotel can store your luggage in advance. There is a hot spring bath on the top floor, and you can also see the Beppu Tower. Downstairs, you can watch the sunrise and yachts on the seaside. There is a chain of large supermarkets opposite the hotel. It has a resort atmosphere. I booked a single bed, but the hotel arranged a room with three beds. The hotel's handwritten welcome card was so warm. I will treasure it as a memory. It was a wonderful trip to Beppu!

This hotel is very cost-effective and has good services. The facilities are a bit old, but it does not affect the use. The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. There are not many people in the hot spring pool, two indoor and outdoor, with three or four bathing places respectively. There is a microwave on the tenth floor of the hotel. Opposite the room we stayed is a large lawn with a good view. There is a large supermarket on foot. There is also a restaurant that makes delicious tempura next to the hotel. If you go late, you have to queue. I will consider it next time.

After we arrived, the guidance to the parking lot, the explanation at the front desk, and the greetings were all very friendly and great. There were various message cards in the room, and I thought they really thought about what they could do for their customers and for themselves. The room and bathroom were clean, and we were able to spend a very relaxing time as a family. The breakfast was excellent, and the explanation of what was included was thorough and enjoyable, and it was very delicious. I'd like to go again sometime ^-^

The hospitality of the front desk staff and the handwritten guide to the hotel were very warm and comforting☺︎
