J-Hoppers Beppu Guesthouse

A lovely guesthouse with a spacious, clean room and free parking available upon request. The shared area is lively and includes a small kitchen for light meals which is a nice touch. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. If on-site parking is unavailable, there’s a 24-hour parking option just a 5-minute walk away at a reasonable rate. There are also plenty of eateries nearby with affordable prices. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again if we return to the city.

Good location, close to Beppu station, clean, and good service. I will book again next time.

My family loved this place, especially many onsens is within walking distance. Food street is near, bus station is near and shopping too.

The people working here are so nice! I was able to drop my luggage off early before check-in which was sooo appreciated. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood close to the train station. It seems like a lot of the attractions are in Kannawa though which was a 30 minute bus ride away. The rooms were straightforward- one bathroom in the room, not as modern but clean. They provide slippers for your room, and there are privacy curtains around the bed. There’s a kitchen downstairs available to use.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean. Comfortable to stay.

Room is ok. Location is near Beppu tower. Many restaurants nearby.
