Strategic place. Recommended for those who are not in the car. A stone's throw from the center, bus stops in front, nearby station, many restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding area. Clean, quiet, spacious hotel and very kind and friendly staff.

The location is perfect close to train station, walkable to the lower city centre or transportation to higher city
Staff is very helpful and pleasant, room was very clean and breakfast was good with a good variety.

We both commented on how well maintained and clean the hotel was. It was central and easy to get to from the airport and back, and a good base for both Citte Alta and Basa. When we return to Bergamo, we will likely use this hotel again

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was conveniently positioned with the train station only a short walk away. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the funicular railway to Citta Alta is a walkable distance from the hotel.
The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again when we return to Bergamo.

Check in was great. They called a maid to clean my room for early check in. Agenes was very helpful with msps, directions for sightseeing and using public transportation. The hotel is very nice looking. The only criticism is that the bed and pillows are hard. That seems to be common in Italy. Location is perfect. Easy access to the train station and the old city.
