Great stay and experience - really accessible and everything you need for a night stay Staff provided clear instructions for the use of the room, in particular Francesca who made the stay perfect.

The property is situated in the suburbs of Bergamo - thankfully our SatNav was able to negotiate the surrounding streets. It is convenient for the airport. Parking could be an issue as the property doesn’t have spaces on site. The room was nicely decorated ( although needs to be freshened up) small but functional. It had air conditioning that may well be good at cooling the room but as I don’t like noise when I’m trying to sleep it was turned off. The room has a small fridge which is noisy when it comes on during the night. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet (other than the fridge noise). We were issued with one key card which is also required to activate the room lights. This was fine until my husband went to the car. He required the card to open the gate and front door so I was plunged into darkness. A second card would be useful. The bathroom was fine - towels weren’t great. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was small and has a pleasant view. We didn’t meet any staff other than a girl (wearing ear buds) fleetingly making coffee/ tea at breakfast. She quickly disappeared. It was rather like the Marie Celeste! We let ourselves in when we arrived and there was nobody about when we left. It felt a tad soul less.

Cosy B&B with 4 rooms but is a hidden gem in a beautiful setting.The patio on the 2nd floor looks out over the mountains with Citta Alta in the distance.15-20minute walk from main shopping and restaurant scene but flat walk so no problem.Breakfast is ok.Yogurt,fruit,meats +bread etc.. Coffee machine badly needs an upgrade but that was the only slight downside to this enjoyable outing to a Beautiful part of the world.Host Anna was helpful in all requests and would recommend staying here if visiting Bergamo.

Initially I was concerned about booking this place as it hadn’t many recent reviews. As it turned out it was exactly what we were looking for and more. Anna was simply superb- she messaged us before arrival, gave us advice about items we wanted to purchase when we arrived and sorted out breakfast as we were leaving very early for the airport. Her charm, warmth and good humour were exceptional. The accommodation is spotless, comfortable and has everything one needs. The breakfast dining area on the second floor is a relaxing area to retire to in the evenings with its very well equipped sun terrace. The location is about 30 minutes, mostly direct, walk to Citti Alta. Hopefully if we are back again I would contact Anna or the hotel directly for a better deal.
