Really enjoyed our stay here.the rooms were very clean, warm and very spacious.the breakfast was really good, with plenty of options. Staff very friendly and helpful, after I booked the wrong days for my stay they went above and beyond to solve the issue and change the date for us even if it was a non refundable deal. Great experience and I'd happily stay here again next time I am in the area.

Really nice experience. The people working there were really nice, specially the Cuban woman working at the breakfast! Very warm welcome and the room was ok! Great variety of choice for the breakfast and really nice views :) Thank you!!

Very nice little hotel our room had a stairs case to l little area with single bed ,chair and mirror worked perfectly for us three girls .Good breakfast ,friendly staff and fairly near all good places to go we would recommend

Little gem of a hotel. Full of character and a great location. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you Ricardo, for all your help with our short stay. We will definitely return for another city break.

Beautiful artistic apartment close the ascent to the historic high town. Loved the apartment. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, except a very unpleasant and unhelpful lady at breakfast. I would definitely recommend overall though.

We booked the hotel but we found out that it is an apartment a way from the hotel location, the apartment was full with smoke smell and the AC out the portable small one in the living room and they put fans in the rooms. The clean was 2/10.

Terrible Family staying
We booked the la Castellana hotel. We came to check into the room and found out that not only our room is a 5 min drive away from the hotel but also that the hotel is an apartment hotel a fact which wasn't written.
In addition to the drive we had to do to another street we had to go 4 floors by foot because the elevator is broken and we have 3 luggage. The apartment itself doesn't have an A/C(only in one room). Terrible beds. Broken parts in the rooms. The main desk closes at 22.
