Terrible experience for a family with 2 kids. There is mold in the bathroom. The room is dirty and very old. No reception service on site. Never again

Very good and clean rooms. The check in and check out was very quick. The location was wonderful. The entrance to Hotel and room with security codes and very safe. Room is very big and bed was comfortable.. All clean towels

The room was well over my expectations! Firstly, it is just a very short walk away from the funicular up the upper city and the bus station. Very convenient indeed. You’ll also feel very safe because there is a password gate around the property.
My room and the bathroom is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Exactly like I’m the photos provided by the hotel. There’s a bathtub to enjoy a nice bath. The air-conditioner is quiet, the hair dryer is new and powerful.
Just a small negative aspect: there are loud motor vehicles constantly whirring down the road outside the property, and the vintage door is not very sound-proof. It gets quiet after 12am, but if you want to sleep early but are easily awakened by noises, please have this in mind.

The structure is beautiful and located in the area near the funicular, the exterior is not well maintained, a little shabby, there are no signs of the hotel; to access you have to download entry codes online and it is not that simple, entrance to the hotel at 3.00 pm, at 3.30 pm the room was not yet ready. Spacious interior but with lots of scruffy details. Overall to fail.

Una stanza bellissima, siamo arrivati stanchi e infreddoliti abbiamo trovato la camera bella calda profumata accogliente, magnifica. Purtroppo ero lì per un intervento chirurgico ma sarei rimasta volentieri per fare delle vacanze. L'unica pecca è che fuori è poco illuminato per il resto tutto bellissimo

Ottimo posto per raggiungere la città alta a piedi o in funicolare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia con la modalità di check-in che con la stanza: pulita, spaziosa e moderna. Le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno e anche il servizio clienti è stato eccellente!
