We arrived at the hotel from the light-rail stop nearby, but accessing the property from the rail stop is difficult because the hotel sits high on a hill, and the entrance is in the rear of the hotel relative to the road. I would recommend a taxi if arriving from the nearby airport. An airport shuttle would have been a nice feature! The staff and the restaurant were excellent.

We have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is very clean and staff is very friendly. The breakfast is the best you can get from a hotel. We stayed at one Thon Hotel in Svolvaer one night and felt really good, so booked again at Bergen. Highly recommended

Great service ar short notice during a busy time due to extreme weather. Comfortable room, fabulous breakfast included, but the functional bathroom was a little dated. Otherwise, perfect.

Super hotel. Went out of their way to make it easy for our family. Food was very good and the staff very friendly. Free parking in large lot in front of hotel. Will stay there again!

This "Airport Hotel" is a gruelling 2.3 km walk along a busy highway, following a difficult walk down a rough path with many steps, not conducive to luggage transporation! I have complained to the management, asking for at least a reimbursement of my taxi fare to the airport. I also intend to continue complaining to *******.ca, i woul never have booked a room in this hotel, had i known how inconvenient it was!
