3th time in this very nice boutique hotel This time with an airconditioning! And that was very welcome We had great weather and the temperatures were high Almost 29/30 c Excellent service at breakfast time. Easy to communicate with the other guest. It is stylish, but also very cosy!

We were welcomed by the friendly owner and offered coffee and apple tart. Initial impressions were very good. The Villa is very chic in the public spaces and back garden. The food, general facilities and staff were of a high standard. Our room, however was very small (on the top floor) - almost claustrophobic. There was hardly any space for two suitcases which had to be put on the floor, The en-suite toilet offered hardly any privacy and the AC in the room was not effective. It was cooler in the hallway outside the room than in the room. Although we had booked five days, we left after three nights.

The house had pleasing design features, the staff were friendly, the room was clean. However the second floor room we were given was very small with an angled low ceiling. The AC did not work effectively. The toilet was very near your bed. There was no room to unpack. It was not a “deluxe” room. Although we had paid for 5 days we checked out after 3. Unless you can get a first floor room, do not bother booking.

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het hotel. Heerlijk ontbeten en de kamers waren goed met een heerlijk matras voor een aangename nacht. De loungebank in de gezamenlijke woonkamer is uitnodigend. Geeft ook een goede gelegenheid om gesprekken te voeren met andere gasten.

Alleen al de ontvangst was bijzonder persoonlijk, in dit heerlijke hotel. De kamer was eigentijds en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden excellent! Het ontbijt speciaal naar onze wensen -vers- klaargemaakt. Bediening top, ambiance uitstekend. Een verborgen pareltje voor de liefhebber! Op 5 minuten lopen van het gezellige centrum van Bergen en een prima uitvalsbasis voor flaneren langs de zee of struinen door de duinen.

Een enorm warm welkom met appeltaart met slagroom met een heerlijk kopje koffie of thee. Heerlijke sfeervolle lounge met openhaard. Een honesty bar met heerlijke wijnen en versnaperingen. ( wel restaurant prijzen). De hele dag door kun hè koffie en thee pakken. Er staan chocolade en verse gember en citroen voor in de thee. Heerlijk en rijkelijk ontbijt. Goede bedden en mooie kamer met balkon. Ons andere gezelschap had een kleinere kamer zonder balkon. ( wel zelfde prijs) Kamers zijn wel aan de prijzige kant . Kortom wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Supermooie villa op loopafstand van het centrum van Bergen. Volledig design ingericht met een hele huiselijke sfeer. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig en van hoge kwaliteit. Een feestje om in te mogen verblijven. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Heb je de fietsen mee dan kan je die netjes in de bergruimte naast de villa kwijt. Prijs wel wat aan de hoge kant.

Wij hebben 4 nachten genoten van dit intieme, zeer stijlvol ingerichte boutique hotel. Het voelde als ‘thuiskomen’ bij Emma en de rest van de brigade. De gastvrijheid en het oog voor detail straalt ervan af. Van de verse appeltaart bij ontvangst tot de prachtige, verse bloemboeketten en overal producten van Aqua di Parma. Tel daarbij op het overdadige ontbijt, het gezellige kunstenaarsdorp Bergen en de erg mooie bos-/duin-/strand omgeving en je vakantie is compleet. Of je nu van wandelen, fietsen of winkelen of lekkere etentjes houdt. We komen zeker terug.
