The most impressive thing is the breakfast they provided. Various kinds of food, you can have some hot plates and pancakes with drinks there. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is great too and next to the beautiful Bryggen. Bergen city centre is walkable, you can just walk from the hotel to anywhere like fish market, bergen station and the famous mountains nearby. The least convenience is the bathtub. It's quite high, so for those who is not that tall need to be careful while entering. And the glass cover at bathtub only covers half, water easily spills on the floor. Overall it's a really nice hotel and worthwhile to stay.

They only provide one bottle of hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash; nothing else. The pillows are so high, I woke up with a stiff neck. The room cleanliness was just average, but the staff were very friendly 👍. The hotel's location is great. The hotel's location is good.

Stayed with a small group (four) in two business rooms. Appreciated the extra space and facilities. Breakfast was excellent, catered for vegetarians (but would like to see veggie sausages in future please). Common areas of hotel were excellent including lobby and lounge. Cleaning was excellent. Maintenance needed to change sofa covers in room which was stained.

The location is so close to Bryggen, the UNESCO world heritage site, and there are many food options around in this area. Their breakfast was so delicious (especially salmon) and the room was clean and warm. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Strategic location, very good breakfast! The room was lovely, comfy and clean but we found plenty of dust underneath the bed that made my allergy a bit problematic

The location of the hotel is very good, but the first room I was given had problems, the lights on the wall were broken; the second room I was given was OK. The flight the next morning was very early, and they packed a breakfast for me, which was good.
