Easy check-in process, the young lady was so friendly and informative. Parking garage was well lit and felt safe. The room was clean. Breakfast hostess was very attentive and personable. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Friendly staff.. Easy check in , free awesome breakfast buffet! We asked for a late check out about an hour before and they accommodated us. No problem! Right across from the Santander Arena in Reading PA ..so easy to walk across the street!!! We will be back

We are not usually critical of hotels. We have stayed here many times. Front desk at check in was very slow and seemed disinterested. Cleaning crew was yelling loudly when we were trying to rest up. Breakfast staff was outstanding.

I have stayed at many double tree hotels but have never experienced any amenities being so dirty a this hotel. The pool water was white and cloudy and just overall not hygienic. My whole family decided to swim anyways because we thought maybe it was too much holding but it was the opposite. My whole family and I got sick from the water and got ear infections. Please clean up your main facilities and also do a better job cleaning your rooms, and overall gues facilities

The Doubletree was a great last minute close to home getaway. The king suite was incredible.
The suite has a great layout and very is spacious.
The city view was great through the floor to ceiling windows.
Room was very clean, and the service was excellent.
Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

The staff! The hotel itself ran like a Swiss watch, and customer service was the number one priority! From the front desk, so The Restaurant, the housekeeping to management! I got it give an extra shout out to Mr Nikki the night manager, who went above and beyond for me several times during my stay!

We stayed at the Doubletree because we had a concert right across the street and everything worked out perfectly. They hotel was nice and clean, check in was easy and the walk to the arena was 30 seconds.

This hotel was convenient to stay in since I was attending a Lindsey Stirling concert right across the street at the Santander Arena. The whole hotel room was comfy and clean, along with the lovely walk-in shower. I loved getting to go swimming in the nice and clean indoor pool! I also liked the convenience of getting to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel. Just wished there would've been a microwave in my hotel room to heat some food up in. Also within walking distance of a Dunkin' Donuts to pick up donuts from in the morning.

Service and room were excellent, the coffee in the room brewer was very good, Brazilian. Free cookies at check-in were so good we asked for more when we checked out. The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't any info on the hotel restaurant in the room other than hours. We would have like to seen a menu with prices along with the same for room service. The Santander Arena was right across the street, we stayed here for the Lindsey Stirling concert and will stay here again for any events at the arena we attend since we don't live close by.
