Family of four from Denmark
Booked two rooms in January for arrival April 3rd in Berlin.
When we arrived in Berlin, the receptionist found our booking right away, but said we were from Singapore and a company.
Very strange.
She also said that the two rooms had not been paid for.
(We paid immediately in January.)
We had to pay one more time.
We mentioned that the rooms were booked through Trip. com, but she said that the hotel had no agreements with such a booking entity.
When we got the rooms, it was on two different floors, so we couldn't enter our family and meet, as the card keys do not give access to other floors, incl. the elevator.

The room was nice. However, the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. I asked the front desk for a copy of my airline ticket and they were happy to oblige.

The hotel is very good. It is a chain hotel. It is very close to the station. The traffic is very convenient. It takes a few stops to reach the city center. The hotel is spacious and clean. It is very comfortable to live in. I highly recommend everyone to go there

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel is currently undergoing construction on the roof, and the noise levels are unbearable. From early in the morning until late in the day, there was constant hammering and drilling, making it impossible to relax or get any rest. I was staying with friends and we had to leave and book a hotel somewhere else paying more money because we were booking so last minute, this was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the workers seemed to be yelling and shouting frequently, adding to the chaos. It felt more like staying on a construction site than in a hotel. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place to stay at the moment. The hotel should have been upfront about the ongoing construction or offered some kind of compensation or discount for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the work is completed. Disappointing experience overall.

They are doing construction on the roof on top of paying guests all the time.. Very loud hammering that starts at 8AM in the morning!!! Why do they have to do this on top of customers?!! When people are trying to rest in the morning or have jet lag! Don’t stay here for the next 2 months.. They should close the hotel while doing construction, it’s greedy to want to make money from people to stay at the hotel, while they are still working on roof of the hotel. And the staff was aware of the construction and they didn’t tell us before we came to the hotel. They said it was quiet.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly as soon as we walked through the door. We were provided with early check in, so useful, room was great on 7th Floor, slept really well. Happy hour was 5-7 which was great after exploring the great city. We had breakfast part of our stay and had light snacks in evening which worked really well. They kindly ordered taxi for us and we will definitely go back . Thanks to all the lovely staff 👍.
