You don't have to deal with the service staff much; if something came up, it was dealt with quickly. The temperature was unpleasant, and the building made ventilation impossible.

The rooms are large and have a kitchen so you can prepare simple meals. It has pretty good facilities and there is a mart right next door so that's great. Recommended!!

Nope We have to call many times to get check in procedure/information. Dirty toilet, so many hairs on the toilet floor. not sound proofing.

It's ok for a few days. Staff are friendly/helpful when we saw them. Just do your homework when staying there. Could do with more information around. The corner shop was very helpful. Just use Google maps and get a day pass for €9.90 instead of short trip tickets. And use the bus.its better than the u ban...well that's what we found out the second last day.

We got exactly what we thought we were getting and it was perfect for our family. The room was well equipped and staff responsive by phone when we had issues. We would happily stay again.
