The front desk staff were excellent and kindly upgraded me to a room with a kitchen. Since the hotel is newly opened, everything feels fresh and clean. The only downside is that the parking area is still an uneven dirt road, and the pillows were quite flat. Other than that, everything was great.

We travelled to Germany in our car to visit our son who lives in Berlin. We have an EV so our choice of hotels was influenced by two factors - the availability of secure parking and a charger. The Bellman Hotel has neither, despite the hotel description on your site. Moreover, the place gives a very good impression of being only half finished. The "car park" is in fact a yard with a construction fence around it with a base that can only be described as rubble. The actual underground car park is not available and neither is the charger(s) in it.

It was a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Not the best location as it’s a 25 minute commute to central berlin.

I stayed at Hotel bellman during my trip and had a great experience overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely stay at this hotel! A new one in Neukölln, great location with the U-Bahn just in front. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Overall excellent experience, I recommend strongly.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel 3stars maximum. Thin walls, you can hear your neighbors talking, cheap renovations, not enough space, very overpriced, in reality it's definitely not worth more than 50-60 euros a night

I stayed in this hotel together for 5 days, only stayed in single room with a single bed!In second floor of the front side  you can hear traffic sound even with closed window quite a lot, but in 5th floor that problem is solved, you can hear but in medium level!As I traveling with a car-free parking space beside of the hotel(back of it) is big bonus!In general all is good, really!
