Subject: Official Complaint – Significant Deficiencies During Our Stay
Dear Sir/Madam,
Our stay at your hotel was unfortunately fraught with significant problems and in no way met our expectations or the services we booked.
Upon arrival, it was extremely difficult to enter the hotel, as there was no staff present. I had to spend approximately three hours trying to get into the hotel and then into our room.
There were serious deficiencies in the spa area:
No bathrobes
No towels in the sauna
The steam room was clogged
There was a strong, unpleasant smell of rotten eggs, which made it unusable
Since we booked the hotel specifically for the spa area, this situation was particularly disappointing and unacceptable.
After repeated complaints, we were only offered two free breakfasts as compensation. However, this is not commensurate with the inconvenience we experienced and the services that were not provided.
We therefore request appropriate further compensation and a written statement addressing the aforementioned issues.
