The room was very well equipped and even had a working refrigerator. The bed/double mattress was also very comfortable and provided excellent sleeping comfort. The bathroom was very clean and there was no mold in the corners or shower cubicle. BUT: However, there were many weaknesses and problems in the hotel, which are due to organization and management issues: 1. Despite checking in 48 hours in advance, no room information was provided in the online booking process or by email until 3:00 p.m. (had to call the hotline) – the room number was only provided by email one day later. 2. At 9:45 a.m. (10/30/25), some items on the breakfast buffet (sausage, fruit) were no longer being replenished, and we had to ask the service staff to refill the coffee pot. 3. Despite paying EUR 19 per person for breakfast, you have to pay for every second coffee (espresso, latte macchiato, etc.) NO! GO!! 4. Treadmill in the fitness room was broken for several days, no quick repair 5. At noon, requested an extra blanket or wool blanket from housekeeping – still not provided that evening or the following day 6. Breakfast service staff preferred to eat breakfast in the same room at 10:00 a.m. instead of clearing away used plates and cups/glasses from neighboring tables. 7. When booking a room, no information was provided that a fee of EUR 5 would be charged each time for changing bed linen or towels for the following night, instead of pointing this out during the booking process.
