Luxury apartment in the trendy district of Berlin Mitte

Ideal base to explore the city. Close to all public transport options, within walking distance of restaurants and alexanderplatz. There is work happening on the property that meant the outdoor space was unusable but this had been communicated prior to arrival. It was disappointing but unavoidable. We were so busy exploring that we only really slept in the apartment but it was perfect for a short stay

Friendly host and well equiped studio apartment Andreas was super friendly. Being a studio flat we knew upfront that for a family this is a relatively small flat, but perfect for a few days to explore Berlin. Very nice and quiet residential area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Superb ! A home away from home A surprisingly quiet apartment in a bustling and central neighbourhood. The apartment was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable. Comfortable bed. Good heathing with thermostat. Easy communication with the owner. Close by metro and tram. 20 min walk till museum island. Supermarkets and laundromat at 400 m. and plenty of restaurants around the corner if you don't feel like cooking.all the extr

Absolutely Perfect! What a great find. This place has the best location one could ask for. Pretty much walking distances to everything, with transit less than a 5 min walk. Also within a 5 minute walk are numerous restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, all good. Our host, Andreas , waited up to 1am to greet us, as our plane was delayed. He made himself available throughout our 4 day stay, and answered any questions we had, including restaurant recommendations. Our place was filled with high end appliances, and everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return. Thank you Andreas.

Excellent Apartment This is the second time I’ve stayed at Andreas’ apartment. It is in an excellent location: set back in a quiet complex but just a few steps to the bustling Rosenthaler Vorstadt. There are excellent bus, tram and U-Bahn links nearby. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops as well. The apartment flows very well and is designed to a high standard. There are all the amenities for your stay. Andreas is easily contactable and very much on top of communication. He is also incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.
