Location: Good location, close to S-Bahn station in Charlottenburg. Room is cozy, spotless, spacious with comfortable beds, modern and nicely furnished, and has an elevator. Staff are kind, welcoming and accommodating.(based on 1 review)

Difficult to rate, as I wouldn't really call it a hotel. No reception as you do self check-in. No cleaning or filling (e.g. there were only one toilet paper roll). Tv didn't work and wifi very slow (but free wifi though). Would have been nice with a coffee machine at the room.
The room itself was nice and hotel placed in quiet street of Charlottenburg close to U-bahn. If coming by car i can recommend Kent center where you can park indoor for 20eur per day - it's roughly 500m away
