The hotel is very beautiful Location is very good and quiet, beautiful rooms and I love the Spa. We’re regular guests, visited the hotel several times and that’s why we always come back. This time our stay was not as good as always. Our room was not cleaned, I called the Receptionist and requested our room to be cleaned since we needed new Towels for the Spa, nothing happened, I even informed the front Dest while leaving for the room to be cleaned, came back late at night and the room was not cleaned.

A great choice for families looking for a quick getaway. A few minor improvements (like more affordable dining options) could make it a 5-star experience, but I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Beautiful hotel with a large indoor pool. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the pre-Christmas period. Delicious, large, varied breakfast buffet. I can only recommend this hotel.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.

An sich ein tolles Hotel. Vor allem der Spa Bereich kann Punkten. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was richtig traurig ist, ist das man nach den Checkout für den Spabereich extra zahlen muss und für den Fitnessbereich nochmal zusätzlich. Kennen wir von anderen Hotels anders. Das sind das etwas 40€ pP extra, es gibt nicht mal einen Rabatt für Gäste, die gerade ausgecheckt haben.
