Sir Savigny Hotel, Part of Sircle Collection

Our room was dusty and smelled like cigarettes. Despite these issues, we chose not to complain due to our long drive, and considering it was just a one-night stay. The breakfast was average. I would recommend to just book a hotel room and have breakfast somewhere. While the location is very convenient, there are many other hotels in the same price range that offer a nicer and cleaner experience.

Great location next to Metro. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy up until 11pm in the evening from restaurants. We stayed on 1st floor. Bathroom is very dark

I stayed in the sir deluxe room ( 107). The room was big enough for me traveling alone, but would be on the smaller size if two people were to stay there, in my opinion. The room was beautiful, no complaints there. The Chek in process could be better. I don't think they informed me enough ex. no one told me that the treats on the desk was complementary or that I could order from the menu at the breakfast table [ breakfast was included in my stay]. If I came again I would skip the hotels breakfast and eat at one of the many greate breakfast and brunch spots i berlin.

excellent boutique hotel. Friendly and personal service with welcome drink and communal working spaces available. Room was compact but well decorated. Away from the main sights but good links to public transport and lots of local resultants to explore.

We stayed here this month for a birthday trip. Overall very very good but there are some really minor gripes that would push this to a 5 star review Pros - Great location, great facilities nearby, good transport links and the hotel is unique and very pretty! The entryway is really lovely as is the decor. The room is quirky and the bed is INSANELY comfortable. We didn't once hear any other guests and loved the mini fridge and amenities we were provided. The QR code link to all the hotel information is also really helpful and it was also a lovely suprise to be given free drinks vouchers on arrival Cons - The service is mixed. We met three different staff members during our stay, two male and one female. I didn't catch their names but she was lovely, very smiley and welcoming. When she greeted us she offered us water and any help and just generally was a ball of sunshine. The second member of staff was also nice, he got us some plug converters as we had forgotten ours and was just generally really helpful. The male staff member who I assume is the manager was not. He came across quite cold which is absolutely fine however when we went down to enquire about our tv he was quite rude. Let me start by saying the TV service here is ridiculously bad. The tvs are aged and dated, the only bad thing about our room and something sleek and modern would fit into the aesthetic perfectly. The TV had 200 channels and around 180 of them did not work. The remaining 20 had a tv lock so we couldn't even change the language or add subtitles. Whilst I understand we are in Berlin, this is a European capital bustling with tourists so I thought some leeway would apply here. Anyway I asked if he could come look at our tv, retune it maybe or even add a subtitle. He was very dismissive saying this is a 'business hotel' so the TV shouldn't be important. If that is the case just don't offer the TV. I can handle nothing being able to be done but it was the dismissive nature that was frustrating above all else. Again a small gripe - but this would have make a huge difference
