As a design hotel, we understand that our particular design may not be to everyone's taste. This is why our room furnishings and sizes are clearly visible online. Having said that, please know that we do offer rooms with different layouts and are always happy to assist with room changes or special requests whenever possible. Our front desk team is always available to make sure you feel comfortable. With regard to breakfast, you are completely right and we sincerely apologise. We were unfortunately facing some operational challenges during your stay, which temporarily impacted our usual service. This is by no means the standard we hope to deliver. Your feedback has of course been shared with our F&B operator and service team to help us improve both the offering and communication. If there's anything we can do to improve your experience before your departure — whether it's a room change, a few beers, a great restaurant recommendation or anything else — please give us a shout. In fact to get more information you have to scan a QR code from the card provided at the check in, because we are one of the companies that fights as hard as possible for environmental friendliness and sustainability, so we don't have any printed paper in the room.
