The hotel's quality is as reliable as always, truly living up to the Crowne Plaza brand. Its location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center with attractions, shopping districts, restaurants, and subways all within easy reach. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean, and surprisingly, there's no noise despite being next to the street. The breakfast offers a typical continental spread, fresh and delicious. The gym facilities are convenient, and it was a pleasant surprise to find a swimming pool in such a prime downtown location, where space is at a premium. the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card.
