I recently stayed at the Berlin Hilton for a business trip, and I was very impressed! The hotel is conveniently located near Potsdamer Platz, making it easy to access both business venues and local attractions. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. There was a minor hiccup when I checked out, as both the hotel and my travel agency charged the city tax. However, the customer service team from the travel agency was quick to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at the Berlin Hilton was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and central to many attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and I was able to check in early. The hotel is beautiful and my room looked just like the pictures.

The location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE. We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us? When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space. After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed. We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms. In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous. Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms. Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Very good location. At first there was a noise in the room so we could not sleep and had to move in the middle of the night to another room. Water in the room was paid 6 eur per small bottle of water. And they provide tea - am I supposed to use tap water in 5 star hilton to make some tea? Crazy

Very good location, but there was noise in the room, and the water in the room costed 6 euro! Staff asked for 200 eur deposit - I saw this first time in a hotel of such level although I frequently stay in chain hotels - NH, IHG - I saw such bad practice first time. Otherwise - this is an old but 5 star hotel - it was OK.

Hotel has not refunded the EUR 100 despite repetitive chasers

There is no need to say more about Hilton’s geographical location and reputation. But this time I was quite disappointed. It is an old hotel but the facilities are relatively old and there is still dust in many places. The kettle also had many stains, the minibar was charged, and the water in the room was not replenished in time. The room is quite large overall, but the related facilities and hygiene are not as good as some newly opened four-star hotels.

There are a lot of people, the facilities are old, and the front desk is very quiet in a noisy environment😡 When checking in, they said there were no rooms available. I waited for an hour before getting the room card, and was asked to pay a deposit or something else? It was too noisy to hear clearly, about 1/3 of the room price. The location is not bad, but the check-in experience is not as good as other hotels of the same star rating I have stayed in before

I liked everything about the hotel. The hotel is excellent. I was in a single room, it is actually large and the bed is a one and a half. It is a pity that when leaving, the employee took the tourist tax again, although it was included in the reservation, there was no time to check when leaving. I hope the hotel will react to this situation and return the money.

The location is great, very clean, and the environment is beautiful. However, there was a problem with the bathroom equipment in my room, and the flush toilet did not work. I communicated with him many times but to no avail. The front desk hotline was always unreachable, which greatly affected my stay experience!
