La parte esterna è molto malandata e poco pulita , la struttura è abbastanza vecchia con scale in legno molto cingolanti e scomode per bagagli pesanti. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato molto pulito, il divano letto era molto comodo e la cucina attrezzata , c'è anche a disposizione una lavatrice. Nonostante la struttura sia molto vecchia, per soggiornarci qualche giorno o settimana è ottima visto il prezzo. Peccato solo per il bagno piccolo e stretto , raggiungere la doccia è un po scomodo ma basta adattarsi. La posizione è molto comoda , in zona ci sono molto ristoranti e supermercati, la metro è distante una decina di minuti a piedi o in alternativa a 100 m circa c'è una fermata del bus. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e "sicuro" anche di notte. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. È possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in per evitare di girare per ore con le valigie o zaini. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni in vacanza , se ci sarà occasione di ritornare a Berlino sicuramente ci torneremo.
