Loved this hotel, great staff the restaurant downstairs was fabulous and reasonably priced, room was well appointed and very comfortable beds, we will be looking for more best western hotels in the future.

This hotel is up to the mark. The room is very spacious, has pleasant design, everything's quite clean, air conditioner works properly, wifi is fine, the bed is comfortable, great blackout drapes.

Terrible hotel ! This hotel should be called "Best DDR" not "Best Western"! We stayed at this hotel during a week when the temperature was -10 degrees Celsius, and the only heating system in the room, the air conditioner, wasn't working. We froze! The grumpy and indifferent reception staff didn't even care about our situation. Room service was practically non-existent. We stayed for 8 days, and the bed linens were never changed. We had to ask the reception for complimentary items like coffee and tea, and each time we had to watch the displeased faces of the staff. Judging by the attitude and behavior of the hotel staff, we couldn't help but wonder if we were actually in Germany or the DDR.
