1. Less than 15mins walk to S-Bahn trains, including airport routes, to and from airport is around an hour. The most economical way to travel. Yes, there’s a lift access for luggage, pram, wheelchair and etc use. 2. Location was ok in general, loving the residential surroundings, pretty peaceful and quiet. 3. Room overall, satisfactory cleanliness. Smart tv, outdated radio(cd,cassette)which I don’t mind having jazz music played whole day. Bed was confortable, pillow was just so-so. 4. A lot of strategic power sockets but not user friendly, all were local rounded in plug, usual international traveler plug would not fit in. Reception would loan without fuss. 5. Good security, lift access through room key, CCTV was placed, after hours main lobby door have to be access by room key, 6. Reception staff in general serious looking, some are friendly with a smile and greetings. Housekeeping gentleman was friendly. 7. Shower pressure and temperature was great, have to point inner slightly, if not water would be sprayed out from the shower cubicle. 8. Lastly, Aircon was not working and reception claimed perhaps it’s spoilt and could loan a fan without charges. Did not request for one, had my window left ajar at all times when in the room as weather was still lovely ranging about 10-20 degrees Celsius. I bet summer time would not be that ideal for sure.

Perfect location , the apartments are quite small but with all you need included, there is a big comune space for chilling,reading or playing, kind reception stuff.

POSITIVES - Availability of a small kitchenette - Kitchen utensils, microwave, and crockery - Washroom was very clean. - Bed was decently comfortable to sleep on. - Cozy workplace and common areas near the lobby - Availability of ping-pong table and gym - Situated in a great neighborhood in Ku’damm NEGATIVES - Room can be a little more spacious - Temperatures can only be controlled by +/- 5C. - Lack of room service - Walls have become old and worn-out with lots of dents, scratches, and marks on them; needs renovation.

Very nice hotel. Apartments include a free coffee machine and a kitchenette for cooking. The front desk provides free luggage storage service.

Hotel is very clean and quait, good service at reception. Kitchen is equipped. Two supermarkets are in vicinity. Main drawback is relative long walk to public transportation.

No cleaning of room even for 4 nights. Rude and ****** staff. Apart from Marco who was a good guy.

Nice apartment in a great spot in Berlin. Kitchenette is fully furnished for all sorts of cooking.

The room was practical with all the necessities needed. Kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and hobs. However our shower was incredibly clogged and the drainage super slow. We reported it to management who said they would come fix it but never did. Convenient place but definitely not for long term stays.

It's so convenient. There are several supermarkets nearby. There are all kinds of shopping. I can buy beer freely. And the supermarket in the southwest direction charges 0.2 euros for a can. Drinking beer is even cheaper than in China. I will stay here again when I come to Germany.

The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, and is equipped with kitchen utensils and a microwave. The hotel lobby has a very comfortable lounge and entertainment area where you can play table tennis and table football. There are also many restaurants and a Lidl supermarket near the hotel. It is not far from the bus station and the small train station. I like it very much and look forward to staying there next time!

It was nice to have a well-equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. The supermarket is also in front of Baho, so I want to visit again next time. :-)

While traveling to Berlin, everyone was friendly and considerate, but only the reception staff at Adagio Berlin Kudamm and this hotel were unfriendly and rude. It was a fake smile, and he seemed annoyed by the question. I already paid the city tax when paying through Trip.com, but I was forced to pay the city tax at check-in. If I didn't have an English reservation certificate, I would have had to pay twice. The front desk staff who gave me the only unpleasant memory of this trip. The floors of the property were not cleaned properly. Front desk staff will need to receive thorough service training.
