Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte

The location is in the northern suburbs, but it's less than a 30-minute ride by subway and S-Bahn to Brandenburg Gate and Berlin Central Station. The room is quite spacious and very quiet. Great value for money. There's a Lidl supermarket about 400 meters to the left when you exit. If you're heading to the city center, I highly recommend taking the S-Bahn on the east side (turn right when you exit); it's much quieter. If you go west towards the Lidl supermarket to take the U-Bahn, you'll find yourself in an area populated by Eastern Europeans, West Asians, and Africans, and you might even encounter a large Eastern European man urinating on the sidewalk just 2 meters away from you.

The breakfast was good and the lobby was comfortable, but Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby.

A terrible stay. I found ticks on the bed. Although the staff quickly moved me to a new room after I reported it, the next day, none of the power outlets in the new room worked. The facilities and cleanliness were genuinely poor, and the room had a strong, pungent smell. While the staff were friendly and addressed issues promptly, it was still a very disappointing experience overall.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. There was also a heater, which was perfect for staying warm in winter. The sofa was very comfortable. Environment: Turning left out of the main entrance, there are two supermarkets and a self-service laundry, which is very convenient. Kids' breakfast: Trip.com stated that children under 11 eat for free, but the hotel front desk said it was for children under 6.
