The location is very good, very central. The room is not good. I found it was a 3-star hotel when I arrived. I thought it would be better if I booked a suite, but it was ***. There is no air conditioning, it is very stuffy in the summer, and there is a small bedroom without a window, which is even more stuffy. There is no service, it is just a quick apartment, but it is okay for two nights.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The front desk staff are very professional and kind. The building is very secure. During the day the front door is locked and the front door staff has to unlock the door. After hours you have to use a key to access the front door, hallway interest and elevators. Only think I wished it had was a refrigerator in the rooms and probably not have carpeted rooms.

A great place for couples or families Hotel is at a great location with nice restaurants, a river and places to visit in walking distance nearby. Hotel staff are great and place is very well maintained.

Perfect 5 stars for accommodating our whole family so well! I also realize we were there on the hottest day, but there is not AC that we could find in the room, just fans. Also, we saw laundry on the listing, but they don't have a laundry facility on site, they can just do it for you within 2 days. Nothing dropped my rating, just helping future bookings. The business center was helpful to take calls and have a place to escape to!

This was a quiet, clean and very enjoyable place to stay. We had a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to walk to the main attractions and railway station. I would recommend this hotel and is particularly suited to couples.
