Nena Apartments Metropolpark Berlin -Mitte

The location is far from the city. We checked into this hotel through another platform on the first day and lived on the first floor. The bed was very simple. Turning over in the extra bed would wake up other people. In order not to affect the itinerary on the second day, we booked this hotel again. We had to check out of the hotel on the first day before 10 o'clock the next day. We called the hotel at around 9 o'clock to request luggage storage. We called 5-6 times but no one answered. They stipulated that we could only check in at 2 pm. We had to contact the hotel to check out, otherwise the whole day would be ruined! Fortunately, the hotel staff came to work at 10 o'clock and helped us solve the problem of storage and check-in! The bed was a little better the next day too! Finally it was perfect! I hope the hotel can improve its service awareness in the future!

Central location, very close to the Chinese Embassy, ​​the apartment design is great, very chill, very Berlin, and surprisingly cheap... I will stay there again in the future
