The interior is quite nice and definitely 4 star worth. I booked a non-refundable single room for two nights, which was nice and clean. Everything needed was there. I do have to admit two flaws: 1. The friendly lady at the front desk got the wrong information from the system so I has to pay a second time on site (prepaid at trip.com). Thankfully the night manager figured it out and refunded me the money before it have been booked. 2. I have chosen the Hotel ONLY because of the large pool to swim in the morning. Unfortunately the friendly lady (first contact) told me the pool is closed on the day of arrival, but I could use the spa instead for free today. It should open on next day, so I could do my morning swim. The next morning in the spa they told me, pool won't open today still due to maintenance reason. Both topics took me nearly one hour which is a no go for wasting customers time...

The location was good, right across from the metro station, there are markets, cafes, etc. nearby. The staff was very helpful, I especially thank Mr. Ömer at the reception.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not in good condition, overcrowded and the staff very unfriendly.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the rooms are quite nice. The location is also very good. The staff here are very enthusiastic and everyone will greet you with a smile. The bartending downstairs is very good.

The environment is okay, clean and quiet, breakfast is abundant

The hotel is relatively large, the buffet breakfast is great, rich in content, and there is a large space for taking meals, so it will not be crowded when there are many people. The hotel is not far from the main station of the railway station. It is more convenient to take the bus for 2 stops, but it will be a little farther to walk to the hotel than to take the subway, but you need to transfer once by subway. There are supermarkets and DM near the hotel. The president of the room is good, but there are mirrors everywhere, especially the bathroom, I feel uncomfortable.

I stay here every time I come to Berlin. Pet friendly.
