Waren zu einem Komplettdurchlauf des Wagner'schen Ringes an der Deutschen Oper in diesem Appartementhaus untergebracht. Komfortables Zimmer mit allen nötigen Einrichtungen für enen heimeligen Aufenthalt, ruhige Umgebung, zur Oper wenige 100 m, ebenso zur U-Bahn, zu diversen Lebensittelgeschäften, aber auch Supermärkten. Und besonders schön: zweimal pro Woche an angrenzenden Platz ein großartiger Bauern- und Delikatessenmarkt! Außerdem im selben Block, und auch in mittlerer fußläufiger Entfernung zahlreichebesuchenswerte Restaurants und Kneipen. Freundliche Betreuung, auch die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte perfekt. Für ggf. nötige Gepäckaufbewahrung gibt es in der Nähe "Nannybag"-Geschäfte.
