I was very satisfied with my stay! The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding—both in the room and in the public areas. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly, helpful, and always approachable. I was particularly pleased with the quick, smooth check-in and check-out. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean; I slept wonderfully. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates comfort and good service.

Rolled into Big Mama for the skating marathon, and rolled out 5 nights later. David at reception? Absolute legend. Gave me advice with a wink, connections with a grin, and the kind of tips you definitely won’t find on TripAdvisor.

Very friendly staff, and good customer service. Their rooms are very nice and they accompanied us quite well. They served a great breakfast. Overall a great place to stay if you are coming to Berlin.

Hotel located within a series of buildings, quiet and close to a garden and urban allotments. Not very central but served by trams and subway. Comfortable without being pretentious, very friendly and helpful staff. Varied breakfast with a lot of choice especially for savory and healthy breakfasts. We appreciate the foresight, when you return after walking around Berlin, to find hot water available and the need for a herbal tea or fresh water flavored with mint and lemon. Small things but... welcome. Price consistent with the offer and ... Berlin.

Also kurzer Zwischenstopp toll! Die Lage ist top (Bahnhof stört in der Nacht nicht, Personal ist bei der Partkplatzsuche behilflich, falls man vergisst vorbei einen zu reservieren). Zimmer ist modern und schön hell. Der Boden ist zwar etwas uneben, aber das stört nicht weiter. Frühstück ist super und ein großes Lob ans Personal! Sehr bemüht und freundlich, konnten unsere Problemchen lösen! Danke!
