I would like to clarify the overbooking situation. I had a call to the Hotel before my arrival time in 8pm on the day to remind my booking. when i arrived the Hotel, i was heard my booking is not available, should transfer to other hotel, they did this with free of Taxi. (15min distance) i had to come back for tomorrow with my budget, since i have a conferenece nearby Intercontinental. Trip .com need to clarty this

The location is great, 2 mins walk to Ubahn station of U2 and U7. Clean cozy and delicious breakfast. Good choice for business trip or vacation stay.

Just steps away from the underground Metro station. Within walking distance from Deutsche Oper - catch a brilliant performance and walk safely back to your room! Breakfast is great, we love it! I sent my clothes for washing and they came back all good.
