Reviews of Hotel Transit Loft

I wanted to stay in a family friendly affordable hotel and found this. It meet the criteria in many ways, but we started out by having to step over a drunk guy who passed out in the hallway! Needless to say that doesn’t feel leave you with a safe feeling! The reception is open 24/7 but it’s on the 3 floor, our room was on the 4th floor and there is free access from the street with the lift to any floors. The rooms are run down there was a hole in the wall, the sink broke and you can feel the springs through the sheets. The breakfast buffet, has a decent vanity of food, it’s super messy though and no one wipes down the tables between guests - and easy fix would be to have a bucket out for guests to use themselves, if the staff can’t do it.

Great breakfast spread, rooms were basic but did the job for a school trip, would come again with a large group. The surrounding area is slightly rough however the hotel is in a good location to travel easily into the city centre. Would recommend to other school trips

Good value for its price, a cool place to stay at, breakfast was really good. Maybe a little loud at times, but it is very close to the tram station and the center of Berlin. There many shops and restaurants nearby.

We stayed her for 3 nights in September. Family room for 3 adults. Basic but warm and comfortable and let's fact it, you really only use this as a base. 4 stops on a tram from Alexandraplatz but within walking distance should you prefer to walk. Few bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is served from 7am until 12 noon and is adequate with a limited variety but you will not starve. Can get noisy at night with corridor noise but that's to be expected. On the whole it is clean and comfortable.

Terrible hotel. They shouldn't offer services like this to people who want to rest. We couldn't get a single night's sleep because they rent the place out to school groups, with all that entails (kids running and shouting at night, and very early in the morning too). I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The hotel's response was nonexistent.

Good value for money. Breakfast is varied, though not exceptionally good, but consistent with the high price. The room is clean enough, basic, but with the necessary amenities. Breakfast is convenient, with breakfast available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the reception is open 24/7.

The location in Prenzlauer Berg is very good. The price/performance ratio is quite good for Berlin. There were four of us friends, and the room was perfectly adequate. Larger beds would be better, but it's fine for a three-night stay in Berlin. Breakfast was also sufficient. I would stay at this hotel again.

The room cleaning service was terrible; they didn't change the fitted sheets from the previous guests. There were stains of urine, blood, etc. The towels were very poor quality, worn out, and smelled bad; they were blue, if you could even call it that. We went to complain at reception, and they didn't seem to care.

Very convenient hotel at Alexander Platz, just 4 trolleybus stops away. Simple New York style, very suitable for young people, and very quiet. Breakfast isn't particularly varied, but it's plentiful. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

Posto carino a metà tra un hotel e un ostello. L'ambiente è informale e giovane. Le camere con bagno privato sono molto essenziali ma pulite calde e dotate del necessario (compresi fon, saponi e cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni). La colazione compresa ci ha salvato la giornata, c'è sia salato chd dolce... Top!! Per 30 euro a notte è straconsigliato. I mezzi pubblici sono a 250 m sia a destra che a sinistra... Provatelo!!

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber völlig ausreichend! Die Anbindung an Tram perfekt, gleich um die Ecke. Frühstück gut, für jeden etwas dabei! Wer Luxus sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten!
