I had really great time in Grand hyatt Berlin. The room and the bathroom is spacious and clean as well. I liked the bathtub! The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!

Good location, next to shopping centre, underground stations, and near main tourist spots.

Accidentally booked the wrong date and this hotel and this app wouldn’t allow any modifications.

The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the location is very convenient. You can walk to anywhere in a few minutes, the subway and bus are 5 minutes away, and the night market is also 5 minutes away. It is very convenient. Very satisfied.

Overall, I felt it was OK, mainly because it was close to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. The front desk service felt a bit perfunctory. When I asked to add breakfast, they only said that I could go directly to the restaurant to settle the bill after check-out, 36€ per person. As a result, I ate two meals but was charged for four meals, totaling 344€. After several email negotiations, they agreed to settle the bill according to the restaurant registration and refunded 144€. I don't understand how this bill was calculated.

The Grand Hyatt Berlin is located about 5 minutes from the subway station (the subway station is the next stop from Berlin Central Station). The room service size is satisfactory in all aspects, and it is a very cost-effective option! There is a newly built shopping mall nearby, with a large supermarket, as well as a variety of food and coffee shops. The location is safer than Berlin Central Station. It is recommended for families or friends with safety concerns.
