Singer109? LISTEN! I have to say that the two girls working the evening shift were absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They created such a warm atmosphere and really made my stay so much better. "Cheryl" ＜3 The pods were AMAZING! Super comfortable, modern, and surprisingly private for a hostel. Unfortunately, the DAYTIME receptionist seriously brings down the overall impression!!!!. I honestly don’t understand what he’s doing in the service industry. He looks at you as if you’re bothering him just by asking a question, gives 2–3 word answers with zero friendliness, and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing him by existing at the desk. It doesn’t seem to be a one-time thing either, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same attitude. Everyone in my pod room said the same, lol. Conclusion: Evening staff = 100/10. Day staff (The rock guy) = should NOT work with people. Give him a job, sure, just not one that involves guests. Trust me, when you meet him you will have the same experience. Check-out was fine, but again handled by the same “rock guy,” who seemed totally uninterested. He can keep cleaning rooms, just let the great evening staff represent the hostel instead!!!! ＜3 Thanks "Cheryl" ＜3 ＜3 You are the best!

I stay at this hotel in September the location was good and quite the room was clean but it need more light and total is good for the value of the money

Solo Traveller Location and communal spaces were great. While the room was a good size, and was bright during the day, at night it appeared quite dark even with all the lights on.
