A visit to Berlin is definitely recommended, but avoid this hotel. It used to be an ideal base for exploring the city; close to Kurfürstendamm and with a nearby parking garage where you could book a space through the hotel. All communication with this hotel is digital. Fine, but make sure it's perfectly handled. We had reserved and paid for two rooms, but on arrival, we only received one access code. At that point, it turned out that the two phone numbers weren't being answered, and one was even out of service. After a while the chat box was answered, but because scrolling back was impossible, we still didn't have an access code for the second room. After 6:00 PM, there was no response via chat. Because it was getting late, we booked a hotel room across the street, which was obviously a very expensive solution. We eventually received the access code for the second room via email, only to discover that we had been given two rooms with four beds instead of rooms with a double bed and a sofa. Paid and reserved parking garage tickets hadn't been delivered, but were refunded. Fortunately, we were able to resolve this ourselves through the parking garage operator. Furthermore, the oven in one apartment wasn't working, and we found a trash can full of used sanitary towels in the bathroom. The blinds wouldn't open, and the promised bottle of water was nowhere to be found. Because the room instructions had been removed, hotel guests dumped their stinking garbage near the elevators on the ground floor. All in all, a very unpleasant experience, and for the price of the room, you can find better options in Berlin.
