i booked this because we just had just one day and specifically wanted a hotel with pool to relax. the pool was under construction and there is no hint nowhere that this is the case. we felt scammed. on top of that one of the sauna doors was broken and locked itself and was only to be reopened with excessive force. had to help a lady out because she wasnt able to open it on her own. i mean WHAT THE F! potential death trap. so yeah, not going here again.

The location of the hotel is very good. The train station is right next door. There are DM, supermarket and Rossmann downstairs. It's so convenient. The room is clean and hygienic Reception service attitude is good

Great hotel at a reasonable price, highly recommend: + Excellent location right next to the metro, direct line to the airport (just over 30 minutes, for a ridiculous 4.40 euros) + A large number of attractions within walking distance or a short metro ride + A sufficient number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance + Spacious modern rooms + Comfortable bed and good linens + High-quality room cleaning + Excellent breakfasts with a large selection (at the level of quality German hotels of a higher 5* category) + Efficient staff work, fast check-in and check-out A few minor disadvantages: - We stayed in 7 different hotels this trip, and for some reason only this hotel did not have free water in the room - At times unstable internet quality - No brush in the toilet

The hotel is located about 1km away from the Brandenburg Gate and very close to the subway station. It is very cost-effective and a good choice for business trips and tourism. The room is spacious and well-equipped.

great hotel, very nice, super clean, super good services, location is great in the middle of Berlin center area with lots of terrace, restaurant, walking distance to sights is 10 minutes 👍 super beautiful clean city of Berlin 🤗❤️
