The room was tidy and all the staff at the reception were super friendly. Breakfast was great, had lots of options. The indoor pool and sauna were clean and I would have loved to use the facilities more had I known earlier. 1 water bottle was given throughout my 5 day stay though.

Ideal location very close to train station, wifi wouldn’t reach the bedroom though and only worked in the bathroom and we had a member of staff walk into our room without knocking. Buuuut the front desk staff were beyond amazing and helped us immensely. Sauna access is also incredible for tired exploring feet!

Great location, next to train station. Big room, comfy bed, good shower room. Many eateries nearby, including one mart selling mostly korea products.

Location was fantastic, right in the city centre. The rooms are newly furnished and clean. The staff are friendly and we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, convenient for getting around. It's near Berlin Friedrichstrabe station; exit at Ausgang Friesrichstabe, cross the street and turn left onto the small alley (next to the Block House restaurant). There's a Rewe supermarket nearby (also inside the station) and a DM pharmacy. The room is spacious enough to fit three 24-inch suitcases comfortably. The mattress is quite soft, and overall cleanliness is acceptable. A wooden floor, not a carpet, would be preferable.

Nice hotel. Delicious breakfast. Decent room. I wasn't prepared for the fact that my windows overlook the hotel lobby. A view from the window is very important to me. But then I got used to it. The bartender, Matteo, is a very good professional.

The location of the hotel is very good. The train station is right next door. There are DM, supermarket and Rossmann downstairs. It's so convenient. The room is clean and hygienic Reception service attitude is good

Great hotel at a reasonable price, highly recommend: + Excellent location right next to the metro, direct line to the airport (just over 30 minutes, for a ridiculous 4.40 euros) + A large number of attractions within walking distance or a short metro ride + A sufficient number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance + Spacious modern rooms + Comfortable bed and good linens + High-quality room cleaning + Excellent breakfasts with a large selection (at the level of quality German hotels of a higher 5* category) + Efficient staff work, fast check-in and check-out A few minor disadvantages: - We stayed in 7 different hotels this trip, and for some reason only this hotel did not have free water in the room - At times unstable internet quality - No brush in the toilet

Breakfast is excellent. In the evening a pleasant bonus: sauna and swimming pool

The hotel is located about 1km away from the Brandenburg Gate and very close to the subway station. It is very cost-effective and a good choice for business trips and tourism. The room is spacious and well-equipped.
